Setting it up in your software

OpenImmo (Germany, Austria)

  1. onOffice, Propstack, FLOWFACT, justimmo and most German-language software export OpenImmo.
  2. Create a new portal export using OpenImmo XML over SFTP and enter the login we send you.
  3. Select the listings for this portal and run the export.

Kyero XML (Spain, international)

  1. Witei, Casafari and many Spanish CRMs create a Kyero-format feed link.
  2. In Witei: Interconnections → enable XML, select listings, copy the link.
  3. Send us the link. We fetch it every few hours; nothing else to install.

Otodom XML (Poland)

  1. Polish agency software (e.g. Asari, Galactica) can export the Otodom XML format.
  2. Add an export with our SFTP login, or give us the address of the generated file.
  3. Both full and incremental exports work.
Technical details
  • Formats: OpenImmo 1.2.x (ZIP with XML and photos, or XML with photos in the same folder), Kyero XML v3, Otodom XML.
  • Delivery: SFTP upload to your own separate folder, or a feed URL we fetch regularly.
  • Full and partial transfers. With a full transfer, listings that are no longer included go offline.
  • Photos as files in the package, embedded, or as URLs; up to 40 photos per listing.
  • SFTP on port 2022. Each agency has its own, separate folder.
  • OpenImmo test transfers (art="TEST") are read and checked but not published.
